1. Account Rules
1.1. Creation of a magix.bet Account
To participate in real money games, an individual must be an Account Holder. Registration requires personal application and submission of the following details for verification:
Date of birth and valid ID (e.g., identity card, passport, or driver’s license) to confirm the player is of legal age (18 or jurisdictionally required age);
Full name, residential address, and valid email address;
A username and password.
magix.bet reserves the right to verify the information and request additional documents if any fraudulent activity or incorrect data is suspected.
1.2. Age Verification
Players must be 18 or older (or the legal age in their jurisdiction). Minors cannot register or hold a magix.bet account. Verification of age may be required, and accounts may be suspended until age is confirmed.
1.3. Eligibility Criteria
To apply for an account, the individual must:
Be a natural person (no legal entities allowed);
Not be a resident of restricted territories (e.g., Afghanistan, Argentina, Australia, Belarus, etc.);
Not be a professional athlete or a compulsive gambler;
Not deposit funds from illegal or criminal activities;
Not use unauthorized payment methods.
magix.bet reserves the right to refuse service to users who violate these terms.
1.4. Acceptance of Terms
By applying for an account, players accept the magix.bet Terms & Conditions, any future changes, and acknowledge that the contract is governed by applicable law.
2. Rules of Acceptance of Bets
2.1. Fraudulent Activity
Magix.bet may cancel any bonus, jackpot, or prize if it detects fraudulent use of the system. In such cases, the player's account may be frozen, and any funds refunded to the original payment method.
2.2. Arranged Games
Magix.bet reserves the right to cancel any prize or payment if there is suspicion of match-fixing or rigged games. This includes suspicious patterns related to betting amounts or methods.
3. Deposits
3.1. Payment Methods
Available payment methods depend on the country and currency selected during registration. Fees and limits are listed on the Deposits and Withdrawals page and may change at magix.bet's discretion.
3.2. Account and Payment Matching
Transactions must match the account holder’s name. If discrepancies are found, magix.bet may cancel transactions and refund any associated bets.
4. Financial Limitations
4.1. Betting Limits
Maximum winnings, bets, and odds depend on the game or event. Limits are set by the bookmaker network and may change without notice.
4.2. Withdrawal Limits
If the Player is fully verified, withdrawal limits are as follows (for RUB/USD accounts):
RUB: Up to 30,000 RUB/month, 15,000 RUB/week, 3,000 RUB/day (fully verified);
USD: Up to 32,000 USD/month, 16,000 USD/week, 3,200 USD/day (fully verified).
Lower limits apply for unverified accounts.
4.3. Loyalty Program
Players participating in the Loyalty Program can request higher withdrawal limits, subject to verification.
5. Payments / Withdrawals
5.1. Processing Times
Payments are processed within 72 hours. For the first withdrawal, clients must submit a valid ID to verify their identity. Delays may occur if required documents are missing.
5.2. Verification of Identity
Before processing any payment, magix.bet verifies the player's identity. Discrepancies in data may result in a refund of all bets and withholding of winnings until identity is confirmed.
5.3. Multiple Accounts
If multiple accounts are detected, magix.bet reserves the right to refuse payouts for those accounts. A fine of 10% of total deposits may apply.
5.4. Withdrawal Requirements
For the first withdrawal, players must wager 50% of their deposit amount. Starting from the second withdrawal, players must wager 100% of their deposit amount before withdrawing. A 6% fee applies if the withdrawal does not meet these requirements, aimed at preventing fraud and money laundering.
5.5. Bank Account Details
Players must provide bank account details to receive withdrawals. Payments are made only to the account in the player’s name.
5.6. Currency Fluctuations
magix.bet is not responsible for changes in payment amounts due to currency exchange rate fluctuations.
5.7. Withdrawal Fees
Withdrawals over 1,000 RUB (or equivalent) are subject to no fees; otherwise, the player pays transaction fees.
